O Abba Father, let all your children praise you!
May your children awaken and see, the day is here. So, let's dress ourselves and get on with
it. Lead your children to walk uprightly and honestly in the light of day, no longer
hiding as we did when we crept in the night.
Father, you are loving and kind; you are long-suffering. Your reach is never too short to rescue me from trouble. So, although you are incredibly powerful, it's not out of fear that I serve you, my King. Your presence can make me tremble in fear, but I serve you in gratitude and to give you joy. I serve you because I'm amazed at your love for me. I want to act just like you and I want to look just like you, Daddy.
Amen.
Romans 13: 11-12 Do this, knowing the time, that it is already the hour for you to awaken from sleep; for now salvation is nearer to us than when we first believed. The night is almost gone, and the day is near. Therefore let us lay aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.
