Gentle Savior,
I awaken
and clothe myself for the day. Clothe me in your righteousness, Jesus, so I am justified before The Father. Dress me in your Spirit & in your grace so I am sanctified. Dress me in the garments of your presence, to continually cleanse and renew my spirit. Envelope me in a cape of your purity which guards my heart.
Amen.
Romans 13: 11-12 Do this, knowing the time, that it is already the hour for you to awaken from sleep; for now salvation is nearer to us than when we first believed. The night is almost gone, and the day is near. Therefore let us lay aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.
